Accessibility

Stoneybatter Festival has consulted with AsIAm, Ireland’s Autism Charity, on best practice in relation to ensuring the event is as Autism-Friendly as possible

Autism Friendly Event

We are committed to making Stoneybatter Festival 2026 as welcoming, inclusive, and accessible as possible.

To help you plan your visit, please be aware of the following:

  • Some areas of the festival may be busy and crowded, especially during peak times.
  • There may be loud noises, including live music, public announcements, traffic, cheering, and general crowd noise.
  • Certain locations may have bright lights, flashing effects, or visually busy environments.
  • Queues may form at popular attractions, food stalls, toilets, and activity areas.
  • Roads and footpaths may be busier than usual, and temporary traffic diversions may be in place.
  • Event schedules and activities may occasionally change at short notice.
  • Weather conditions may vary, and outdoor spaces may become more crowded if people move indoors or seek shelter.

If you are sensitive to noise, crowds, or sensory stimulation, you may wish to bring ear defenders, noise-cancelling headphones, sunglasses, fidget tools, comfort items, or any other supports that help you feel comfortable and enjoy the festival.

Festival staff and volunteers are available to help throughout the event. If you require assistance, information, or support, please speak to a member of the event team.

Thank you for helping us create a respectful, inclusive, and autism-friendly environment for everyone. We hope you have a safe, enjoyable, and positive experience at Stoneybatter Festival 2026.
